Stephen Gaunt is a founding Partner of Blue Sky Law and deals with Corporate and Commercial transactions.

His experience covers a wide range of transactional and commercial work, including mergers & acquisitions, management buy-outs, partnership and shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, sponsorship deals, computer contracts, investment and financial transactions.

He has dealt with clients who have come from various business sectors and have ranged in size from the budding entrepreneurial start up to the multi-million pound company including, most notably the following deals

Sponsorship deals making Betfred the Official Betting and Gaming Partner of Wembley Stadium in 2005 and the Official Betting Partner of Manchester United Football Club in 2006.

In his spare time, Stephen likes to be active and enjoys pilates, skiing, playing tennis, running and swimming. He is a member of the local David Lloyd Leisure Club.
