Blue Sky HR Solutions - Reassurance with your HR matters - all at a fixed cost

We understand that Employers are often faced with challenging issues in dealing with their staff. Further, with ever changing legislation and red tape, it is difficult to keep up to date. We have therefore designed a Solution which addresses these matters.

HR documents

We will work with you to produce up to date employment contracts and a staff handbook containing all the necessary policies and procedures. This will ensure that you are legally compliant and that the documents are tailored to your requirements which will actually assist your business. We will also ensure that you receive regular updates so that you are aware of changes in legislation, best practice and what should be done on a day to day level. Cost: £1,250 plus vat.

HR assistance

We know that you will need prompt and practical help in connection with day to day HR and staffing matters. Whether it is a maternity leave query, handling a "difficult employee", or just acting as a "sounding board", we will be ready to provide a helping hand.

What is more, you will deal with an experienced employment lawyer (not a "call centre") who will be familiar with your business and provide real value.

We fully recognise that you will be looking for a practical way forward, not a "text book" legal answer, and we are convinced that our advice will fully recognise this.

We are happy to provide you with a competitive fixed monthly fee, once we have discussed your requirements. We will not tie you in to a lengthy contract. You are free to terminate our contract at any time, although we are sure you won't want to.

HR cover

We have arrangements with leading insurance brokers who can arrange insurance on your behalf to cover the costs associated with Employment Tribunal claims. We can arrange for a broker to provide a competitive quote.
